Sangma quits NCP to contest for Prez

New Delhi, July 20 (ANI): Former Lok Sabha Speaker PA Sangma today resigned from the National Congress Party(NCP) to contest for the upcoming presidential election. Meanwhile, NCP leader Sharad Pawar has said that he will accept his resignation as soon as he receives it. Announcing Sangma's resignation Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy had said that Sangma quit on grounds of protecting his dignity.
