SILIGURI POLICE LATHICHARGES GROUP SITTING ON HUNGER STRIKE
West Bengal police today lathi-charged an agitated group and opened fire at them in Ramghat area of Siliguri. No injuries have been reported so far but the angry mob retaliated by setting a police vehicle on fire and ransacking another police car.
