SC asks reply from Government on transparency in CVC appointment
New Delhi, Sep 18 (ANI): The Supreme Court has asked a reply from the Central Government regarding transparency in appointment of CVCs by the government. Lawyer Prashant Bhushan said that the Court sought an answer as to why appointments were being made by a limited number of people and opportunity not reaching the general population as a whole. He added that the next hearing will be held on October 14 and till then no appointments will be made.
