Retd justice says Salman may apply for bail if sentence is up to three years
New Delhi, May 06 (ANI): Justice (Retired) Fakhruddin said on Wednesday that Court has found Salman Khan guilty of all charges put against him in Hit and Run case. He said that if the court announces sentence of less than or up to three years then Khan can apply for bail. But if the sentence is more than that then he will have to go to jail in any case.
