Rajinikanth Moves Court Against 'Main Hoon Rajinikanth' Makers
Superstar Rajinikant has approached the Madras High Court to file a petition against the release of the Hindi film, Main Hoon Rajinikanth.He alleged that his name is being misused and the makers of the movie didn't seek his permission before using his name. This is the first time a celebrity has invoked a concept of 'personality rights' and protection against its infringement.
