Rahul Gandhi addresses fishermen in Kerala's Thrissur, targets Modi govt
Thrissur, May 27 (ANI): Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday addressed fishermen convention in Chavakkad, a city in Thrissur district, Kerala. Addressing the gathering, Rahul targeted the NDA government and said that they are trying to take the sea away like they want to take land from farmers. Praising Congress for empowering people of the country, Rahul slammed NDA for having different opinions. He even accused Modi government of selling India's Land which has become gold to their corporate friends.
As part of his ongoing public outreach, Rahul met the fishermen at government established fishermen colony, he has already met farmers, middle class flat buyers, ex-servicemen. Gandhi is also expected to meet rubber plantation families in Aluva in Cochin later in the day
