Outgoing UP Governor Aziz Qureshi gets guard of honour
Lucknow, July 22 (ANI): The outgoing Governor of Uttar Pradesh Aziz Qureshi was given guard of honour by army in Lucknow on Tuesday. Qureshi who is also the Governor of Uttarakhand, was given additional charge of Uttar Pradesh after BL Joshi resigned from the post on June 16. Qureshi on Monday courted controversy by saying that even almighty can't prevent occurrences of rapes.
