Outgoing Army Chief Gen Bikram Singh receives Guard of Honour
New Delhi, July 31 (ANI): The outgoing Army Chief Gen Bikram Singh on Thursday received the Guard of Honour at South Block of the Parliament. Singh praised Indian army terming Indian soldiers the best on Earth. Singh will be succeeded by Lieutenant General Dalbir Singh Suhag as the new Army Chief.
