No respite from floods in Jalpaiguri
Jalpaiguri (WB), July 23 (ANI): There is no respite from floods for people in West Bengal's Jalpaiguri District. Normal life has come to a standstill as flood waters entered houses and inundated streets, forcing people to vacate their premises. A local resident said it has been raining continuously. Locals have put up makeshift shelters in safer areas.
