New Delhi Police Chief Neeraj Kumar vows to fight militancy
New Delhi, June 30 (ANI): Senior IPS officer Neeraj Kumar today took over as the New Delhi Police Commissioner, asserting that a terror free city and a more people friendly force would be his focus areas. After attending a small ceremonial welcome outside the police headquarters in New Delhi, Kumar, while addressing journalists said that preventing militant attacks and the fight against militancy would be the top priority of the police. The newly appointed chief said that the tag of rape capital levied on New Delhi was incorrect.
