NDA CUT FUNDS ALLOCATED FOR OROP BY UPA: AJAY MAKEN
"Prime Minister Narendra Modi reiterated his commitment to the implementation of the One Rank One Pension (OROP) scheme. He said in an interview to a national daily that OROP was not a political programme for him, and past governments had done nothing on the issue.
But Congress leader Ajay maken countered saying UPA had allocated a huge amount of money to implement OROP. As soon as the NDA came, they reduced the budgetary allocation for OROP, he added.
