Jayant backs Khap Panchayats
New Delhi/Meerut/Bagpat, July 15 (ANI): RLD MP and the party chief Ajit Singhs son Jayant Chaudhary, who hit the headlines by backing Khap Panchayats, today maintained that his stand on the issue is still the same adding that they do not impose their advices on the villagers. Chaudhary defended the Khap by asserting that the local bodies have the right to express their opinion on social issues. Meanwhile, the members of the Jat community in Bagpat also supported the Panchayat by saying that the village council had not passed a decree and had only advised the villagers on improving the lifestyle of the youngsters.
