Jaipur Metro to start operations today
Jaipur, June 03 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on Wednesday flagged off the metro train in Jaipur. Jaipur is now the sixth city in the country with a metro. The 9.63 kilometre elevated stretch has nine stations and connects the Mansarovar and Chandpole areas of the city and is reported to be one of the fastest built metros in the country. The other cities in India with a metro rail facility are Kolkata, Delhi, Bengaluru, Gurgaon and Mumbai.
