International Kolu Dolls fest displays dolls from over 59 countries
Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Oct 12 (ANI): As a part of Navarathiri festival, a unique International Kolu Dolls Fest was held in Coimbatore. Hundreds of dolls collected from various countries were displayed in the fest. The show attracted scores of visitors who came here to witness the extravaganza. The two-day International Kolu Festival has dolls depicting heritage and culture of different countries, including USA, Japan, Canada, China, New Zealand, Fiji, Nigeria, Africa and Thailand. The primary objective of organising this festival is to make students aware about the culture of various countries through their dressing style.
