Indias U 19 cricket World Cup champions return home
Mumbai, Aug 28 (ANI): Indias Under 19 cricket team today received a champions welcome as they arrived in Mumbai after emerging victorious in the ICC Under 19 World Cup tournament in Australia. Speaking to reporters at the airport, cricketer Akshdeep Nath said that he is keen to prove his mettle in all formats, including the Indian Premier League (IPL). Unmukt Chand (111 not out) and Smit Patel (62 not out) added 130 runs for the unbroken fifth wicket to romp home with 14 balls to spare. Chand hit seven boundaries and six sixes in his 130 ball knock, while Patel proved the perfect foil hitting four boundaries in his gritty 84 ball knock.
