Indian shooter Priya Singh seeks financial help for shooting Junior World Cup
Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), Jun 09 (ANI): Priya Singh, daughter of a labourer, made her way to the International Shooting Sports federation (ISSF) Junior World Cup to be held in Suhl, Germany, from June 22. However, her financial status is pulling her back from reaching this feat. Singh, along with her father, approached everyone from Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Union Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore to PM Narendra Modi. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get chance to meet any of the prominent leaders to avail any help. Meanwhile, Priya’s father, Brijpal Singh is determined to send her daughter to the world event and has stated that if they won’t get help from the Centre, he will anyhow manage the expenses of Priya on his own.
