Incessant rain triggers water logging in Jaipur
Jaipur, Aug 22 (ANI): Heavy downpour inundated several areas of Jaipur in Rajasthan today. The woes of the locals were aggravated due to water logging and dilapidated condition of roads. Locals told mediapersons that the heavy downpour had hit the power supply and urged the state government to take steps to maintain the drainage system. The city received 160 mm rainfall during two and a half hours of continuous rains today. The local authorities have launched rescue and relief operations in the inundated areas.
