Homemade Ginger Garlic Paste
Ingredients: Ginger - 100 gms
Garlic - 100 gms
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. De-skin ginger and garlic cloves. Cut them in to small pieces
*make sure your hands, the knife and vessels are clean and dry
2. Grind them in to fine paste. Add few spoons of water if needed
3. To that add turmeric powder and salt
*for longer shelf life
4. Shift to a clean dry air-tight container and refrigerate it.
