GlaxoSmithKline Global CEO calls on PM Modi
New Delhi, April 25 (ANI): Global CEO of GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Andre Witty, called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in New Delhi. The meeting comes in the backdrop of India's health ministry considering to add more drugs to the list of essential medicines, all of which would then come up under price caps. Bringing more drugs under price controls would dash hopes for an easing of the populist drug policies of the previous central government by the new, business-friendly PM Modi, say industry analysts.
