Fuel prices slashed in India
Mumbai/ New Delhi, August 01 (ANI): People across India expressed happiness over central government's latest revision in fuel prices. Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) cut the price of diesel by 7.2 percent and that of gasoline or petrol by 3.6 percent which came into effect from Saturday reflecting changes in global price of the two fuels since the last revision. With the price fall consumers in national capital New Delhi and financial hub, Mumbai, expect some respite from high prices of other items.
