Egg Pepper Roast
Ingredients
Oil - 3 to 4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Shallot - 25 nos chopped
Green chili - 1 no. chopped
Few Curry leaves
Saute till onion turns brown
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Roast for a minute
Water
Salt to taste
Boiled Egg - 5 nos (cut into half)
Close & cook for few mins
Egg pepper roast:
1. Take a wide sause pan, add oil, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, garlic, ginger, shallots (small onions), green chilli and curry leaves. Saute the onion till it turns brown color.
2. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and black pepper powder. Roast for a minute.
3. Add water and salt. Mix it together.
4. Finally add slitted boiled eggs. Close the lid and cook for few minutes.
5. Serve with rice or roti.
