DELHI POLICE RESCUE 26 STRAY DOGS FROM SOUTH DELHI FLAT
In a shocking incident, Delhi police rescued twenty-six malnourished stray dogs that were confined to a house in a house in Vasant Kunj. Police have registered a case and launched a hunt to nab the house owner, identified as Gokul Nair.
