Congress doubts Hazares knowledge on Citizens Charter
New Delhi, Aug 29 (ANI): Taunting anti graft crusader Anna Hazare, Congress leader, Shantaram Naik has expressed doubts whether the veteran social activist is aware of his much clamoured Citizens Charter that he wants to be enacted to supplement good governance. Naik was briefing the media in his capacity as Chairman of the Standing Committee of Parliament on Personnel Public Grievances, Law and Justice. Highlighting the importance of Citizens Charter drafted by the government, Naik stated that services would be provided to the people within the specific time period and in case the officers concerned failed to do so, stern disciplinary action would be taken including penal fine.
