Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Chicken - 250 gms
Basmati Rice - 1 large cup
Peanut oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Onion - 1 no (sliced)
Garlic - 6 to 7 (chopped)
Beans - 4 to 5 (diagonally cut)
Carrot - 1 no.
Salt
Pepper - 2 tsp
Eggs - 2 nos (beaten)
Spring onions - 1 bunch
Few coriander leaves
Soy Sauce - 1 to 2 tsp
Method:
1. Boil water. Add the chicken pieces, salt and pepper. Let it cook
2. Once cooked, remove the chicken pieces.
3. Shread the chicken pieces and keep aside
4. Add the soaked basmati rice and cook
5. In a wok, heat oil. Add onion, garlic, beans, carrot, salt & pepper and saute
6. Now add the beaten eggs and mix well
7. Add the shreaded chicken pieces, Spring onions, coriander leaves and cooked basmati rice. Mix well
8. Finally add the soya sauce and mix. Done!!!
