Chettinad Potato Roast Ingredients Potato - 5 no Water Oil - 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Chana dal - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Red chili - 2 no Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Chili powder - 2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Curry leaves Method: 1.Take a pressure cooker, add 5 potatoes, enough water and cook for 3 to 4 whistles till they are cooked. 2.Cool the cooked potato and cut them into pieces. 3.Take a wide kadai, add 1 to 2 tbsp of oil, 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds, 1 tsp of Urad dal, 1 tsp of chana dal, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 2 Red chili and saute it. 4.Once mustard seeds start spluttering, add cut up potatoes with the mixture and mix it well with 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of chettinad masala powder. 5.Mix it all together for sometime in little heat.
