BSE closes 145.52 points up on July 1
New Delhi, July 01 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 145.52 points up to stand at 27,145.24. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 40.60 points up to stand at 8,328.35. IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd and Mcleod Russel India Ltd were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 10.09% and 9.70% along with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd with an increase of 7.34% and 6.14% respectively, while the top losers of group A includes KPIT Technologies Limited and Jaiprakash Associates Ltd with a decrease of 14.08% and 3.83% along with Unitech Ltd and Gujarat State Petronet Ltd with a decrease of 2.81% and 1.99% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 28.24 points at 19772.88 while the Banking sector is up 73.74 points at20604.94 and the Realty sector is up 7.92 points at 1540.74. The Indian currency is 0.18% down with Rs. 67.40 per dollar.
