BJP stages walkout from JPC
New Delhi, Aug 22 (ANI): Five members of the BJP in the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC), examining the infamous 2G scam, today walked out of a meeting of the panel, objecting to the Congress member s use of foul language. BJP MPs Jaswant Singh, Yashwant Sinha, Dharmendra Pradhan and Ravi Shankar Prasad walked out of the meeting, dubbing it as a kangaroo court. The list of those who shall depose before the panel was expected to be finalised today, with the BJP demanding that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram depose before the panel.
