Ammonia gas tanker overturns, adjoining areas evacuated after gas leakage
Thane, May 24 (ANI): An ammonia gas tanker overturned on the Mumbra bypass in Thane district resulting in gas leakage in the vicinity in early hours of Sunday. No casualties have been reported yet. The adjoining areas were evacuated after the gas leakage created havoc. The disaster control and fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot and tried to stop the gas leakage. Reportedly, some people complained of eye irritation and nausea.
