Kathmandu, Jan 19 (ANI): Amendment of the new constitution is now becoming a mammoth task for Nepal's Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal led government. Even after 6 months, the government is not able to start the discussion over the amendment proposal tabled in the parliament last year. 65 votes are yet to be decided. According to political analysts, government in future will face obstacles in the implementation of the new constitution. With the House speaker barred from voting over the bill and with the death of 3 members and 2 still to be nominated with a members' resignation and one elimination, the number of members in CA of Nepal have a total of 595 members. With the government focusing on holding the local elections, the parliament needs election laws to be passed soon. Out of 6 election related laws tabled in parliament discussion, only one election law remains complete.
