Dehradun, June 29 (ANI): Two years ago, Bhor Ram, a resident of Mathoron Village, Bageshwar District in Uttarakhand was left stranded on the remains of his house destroyed by the torrential rains that caused havoc in the remote regions of the state. Till date, Bhor Ram, along with his family, is living in a small cowshed, with little breathing space among the cattle.
