The Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Smt. Smriti Irani, the Ministers of State for Human Resource Development, Prof. (Dr.) Ram Shankar Katheria and Shri Upendra Kushwaha and the Minister of State for Finance, Shri Jayant Sinha are also seen.
