London, Apr 11 (ANI): An Indian mother of one has made a record after rubbing seeds of the world's spiciest chili on her eyes before gobbling up 51 fire-hot "ghost chilies" in two minutes.

The cool Anandita Tamuly performed the action-packed stunt in front of visiting British chef Gordon Ramsay in the northeastern state of Assam.

He's currently in India for filming a series.

Anandita, 26, amazed audiences when she wolfed down the Bhut Jolokia chillies, the world's hottest.

She smashed the old record of eight in a minute before performing the eye stunt in the town of Jorhat.

"Mr Ramsay was awestruck," The Sun quoted a local, as saying.

Anandita, who first ate chillies aged five, said: "I barely notice them now." (ANI)
