Washington, Jan 16 (ANI): Kate Winslet has admitted that she does not feel like a movie star, despite being one of the most in-demand actresses in Hollywood.

The 'Revolutionary Road' star, who recently picked up two Golden Globes, told InStyle that her everyday life is far removed from the movie star stereotype.

"Please don't call me [a movie star]. I don't feel like a movie star in my life at all, and I don't particularly think I behave like one," People quoted her, as saying.

"I don't have my own plane. I don't have a chef or a trainer. To me, you're a movie star only during the time when you're at the Academy Awards or at an important glamorous event. It's very much a hat that you wear, and as soon as the event's over, the hat comes off. I'm back to being me and being Mummy, and that's my priority," she added.

Winslet, who married director Sam Mendes in 2003, is mother to Mia, eight, and five-year-old Joe. (ANI)
