Havana, Jan 14 (IANS) Cuban ballet Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba will perform its show 'Fuerza y compas' (Force and Beat) in Egypt and Holland, Cuban news agency Prensa Latina reported Wednesday.
It will also perform a short version of its recent production 'Vida', which was a success among critics and the public, at the Karl Marx theatre in February.
The company was among the four invited to Canada's International Conference on Stage Arts 2008 (CINARS 2008), where it premiered 'Vida', which critics rated among the year´s five best shows.
Founded in 1999 as Iberian Dances, the Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba repertoire includes 'Alas' (2006) and 'Elementos' (2002).
