Adrian Chiles couldn't handle criticism on Daybreak

London, Jan 10 (ANI): Adrian Chiles has revealed that the onslaught of criticism he received on the ITV Breakfast programme 'Daybreak' was hard to take.

A month after his ill-fated stint on the morning show, Chiles said that he could not take the barrage of criticism aimed at him anymore.

"I'd be getting up at half three in the morning and reading all that stuff," the Daily Express quoted the TV host as telling TV and Satellite Week magazine.

"It just kicks you in the groin before you get started.

"But I came off air each day knowing I'd given it my best shot.

"I'm proud of putting out the show under these circumstances and then growing it from an inauspicious start," he added. (ANI)
