Washington, Dec 4 (ANI): A lawsuit has been filed against Khloe Kardashian for "unspecified damages" over an altercation that took place outside a Hollywood nightclub Playhouse almost two years ago.
According to TMZ.com, Chantal Spears (also known as Ronald Spears), has claimed that the 27-year-old reality star struck her "in and about her body" and injured her during the December 5, 2009 run-in.
Apparently the spat was a result of the transgender woman approaching Khloe's husband, Lamar Odom, outside the club and telling him that his wife (who was 25 at the time) was "too young to be married."
"This was two years ago and Khloe did nothing," Us Magazine quoted a source as saying.
This person shoved Khloe and she pushed them off.
This person just wants to jump on the bandwagon!" the source added. (ANI)
