New York, Dec 2 (ANI): Brad Pitt recently counseled a suicidal man at the screening of his new film 'Moneyball.
He was at a special screening of the film at Cary Grant Theatre in Culver City, California, US, when the distraught man publicly admitted to having suicidal thoughts alone in his car before the event.
According to Us magazine, the man said he was heartened by Pitt's film about Oakland A's General Manager Billy Beane and it gave him a 'renewed sense of hope', the New York Daily reported.
"Look, man, life is up and down, it's a vicious cycle, but you have to go through it and deal with that," an observer quoted Pitt as saying.
"You can be down, but then you come back up again, and every failure can lead to success," Pitt said.
According to other observers, after the event too the actor walked up to the man and offered him more words of encouragement. (ANI)
