8-inch ballet pumps makes dancers closer than any women to the sky

London, Nov 6 (ANI): Christian Louboutin's latest footwear collection includes heels as high as 8 inches that will definitely give its customers very sore toes.

The killer heels, which may be best left on the shelf to simply admire, has been designed to raise money for the English National Ballet.

"Isn't the classical dancing ballet slipper the ultimate heel?" the Sun quoted Louboutin as saying of the slipper.

"The heel which makes dancers closer than any other women to the sky, to heaven?" he quipped.

The eight-inch heels feature Louboutin's trademark red soles and are studded with Swarovski crystals, the Daily Mail reported.he 47-year-old's masterpiece has been put on display at the Shoes For Show - The Sculptural art of High Heels exhibition in Brick Lane, East London. (ANI)
