'Lovestruck' Neil Diamond announces engagement

Washington, Sept 08 (ANI): Singer Neil Diamond has revealed that he has got engaged to his girlfriend and co-manager Katie McNeil.
The 70-year-old 'Sweet Caroline' singer, who has been married twice before, made the announcement via Twitter Wednesday.
"Good news coming from sunny LA/ and you're the first I want to tell/ Katie and I just got engaged/ and I hope you wish us well," Us magazine quoted him as tweeting.
The 'lovestruck' singer also tweeted a photo of his bride-to-be, taken in London last month. (ANI)
