Amy Winehouse's 'Back to Black' is UK's best-selling album of 21st century

London, Aug 26 (ANI): Amy Winehouse's 'Back to Black' has reportedly become the best-selling album of the 21st century in the UK.

 

The Official Charts Company (OCC) has revealed that the late singer's second album released in 2006 had surpassed the sales of James Blunt's 2005 work 'Back to Bedlam', reports the BBC.

 

Winehouse's album, which is said to have sold 3.26 million copies as against with Blunt's previous record of 3.25 million, shot to the top of the charts for three weeks following her death on 23 July.

 

Dido's 'No Angel', which was released in the UK in February 2001, is the third highest-selling album of the century with sales of 3.07 million. (ANI)
