Budapest, Aug 2(ANI): Reigning Formula One champion Sebastian Vettel has demanded improvements from his Red Bull team after more disappointment at the Hungarian Grand Prix.
McLaren's Jenson Button overtook pole-sitter Vettel early in Sunday's race at Hungaroring, as Red Bull failed to bring home victory for the fifth time in 11 races it has started from pole this season.
The 24-year-old had finished a season's-worst fourth place during the German Grand Prix.
"I'm not completely happy after starting from pole. I thought we could win the race," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted Vettel, as saying.
"The most important message of the last two races is that McLaren are very competitive and we're not happy about that. There was a chance and we didn't use it, so we have to look into that," he added.
Vettel had finished second in the race, 3.5 seconds behind Button.
The German now has 234 points from 11 of 19 races, while teammate Mark Webber has 149, Hamilton 146, Alonso 145 and Button 134. (ANI)
