London, July 29 (ANI): A house in Wyoming, US, is being marketed as the most expensive home in the world, after it was put on sale for a mind-blowing price - 175 million dollars.

The house boasts a huge 1,750-acre backyard. Surprisingly, the main residence, which was formerly the home to US governor Clifford Hansen, has only three bedrooms.

Jackson Land and Cattle ranch are set in the beautiful surroundings of the western state, and give the breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains.

The estate also flaunts an equestrian centre, guesthouse and apartment for staff besides boasting rolling timbered hills with aspens and evergreens, large productive hay meadows and fishing ponds.

Its value is partly attributed to its development potential, with the property permitted to be split into 35 separate residential sites.

However, the current owner, casino owner Richard Fields, expects that the new owner will preserve the whole land.

The property's location will also facilitate the owner with tax benefits, as Wyoming has no state income tax or estate tax.

"You can fish and ride and hunt and you're still only three minutes from downtown Jackson Hole," the Daily Mail quoted Jonathan Pierce, the property's listing agent, as saying.

"People wanting the absolute finest property in the absolute finest resort community in the country can give me a call," he added. (ANI)
