New York, June 21 (ANI): Eva Mendes, who previously won a temporary stay-away order from stalker John Luna, got an extension of the stay by three years.
Luna, 39, a Long Island man who claimed that he has been engaged to the actress, was ordered to keep at least a 100-yard-distance from the 'Hitch' star till June 20, 2014.
According to the New York Daily News, though Luna did not appear in court, he signed a paperwork saying that he had no opposition against the request for the restraining order.
He showed up at her house on May 31 - after sending a package brimming with "bizarre" audio recordings, a letter and a card, her filing stated. (ANI)
