Washington, June 16 (ANI): Samuel Jackson has revealed that he used to tell her daughter to 'go the f*** to sleep' when she was growing up even before reading Adam Mansbach's latest book with the same title.
The book that had started as a joke on Facebook, gained popularity after the Hollywood actor performed a hysterical reading of the book.
"I think at some point, she would look at me when I would come in her room and she'd say, 'Go the f*** to sleep Daddy?' And I'd say, 'yeah, go the f*** to sleep," Fox News quoted him as saying.
The award-winning author Mansbach's latest book is a children's book parody that details a parent's struggle to get their children to sleep. (ANI)
