Melbourne, May 27 (ANI): A prostitute in northern Australia has been sentenced to eight months rigorous imprisonment for allegedly robbing a takeaway shop and then stripping while she absconded from the scene.
According to the NT News, Darwin Supreme Court heard that 25-year-old Angela Elizabeth Honeysett removed her purple top as she rushed away from the Subway restaurant, leaving staff and customers stupefied, reports the Courier Mail.
The topless bandit then placed herself into a getaway car and fled away just minutes before police reached the spot.
Honeysett allegedly brandished a knife at a staff and threw a pink drawstring carry bag on to the counter ordering the shop assistant to replete it with cash. Later on, she escaped from the site throwing the knife into a dustbin. (ANI)
