Palin has enough 'fire in her belly' to run for president in 2012

Washington, May 21 (ANI): Former Alaska Governor has said she has "the fire in my belly" to run for the GOP presidential nomination.

Although she has not decided whether or not to launch a campaign, Palin said she has the inner drive to run for president in 2012.

"I'm so adamantly supportive of the good, traditional things about America and our free enterprise system, and I want to make sure that America is put back on the right track. We'll do that by defeating Obama in 2012. I have that fire in my belly," Politico quoted Palin, as saying.

However, she said she has to consider a lot of 'practical or pragmatic' situations before making any decision.

"It's a matter for me of some kind of practical, pragmatic decisions that have to be made. One is, with a large family understanding the huge amount of scrutiny and the sacrifices that have to be made on my children's part in order to see their mama run for president. But yeah, the fire in the belly - it's there," Palin added. (ANI)
