28th National Kannada Sammelana begins on Apr. 9

New Delhi, Apr 4 (ANI): The 28th National Kannada Sammelana will be held here on April 9 and 10.

In the conference, M.D. Mallya, Chairman and Managing Director, Bank of Baroda, Sri Sri Keshavananda Bharathi Svamiji of Sri Edneer Math, Dr. G. Shankar, distinguished social workers, K. Devananda Upadhyaya, General Maneger Syndicate Bank will receive " Best Banker", "Best Outside Kannadiga", "Best Social Worker", "Best Delhi Kannadiga" awards respectively.

M.B. Samaga, covenor of the conference said two thousand delegates from all over the country including writers, artists, professors, academicians and representatives of the Kannada associations will participate in the conference. (ANI)
