New Delhi, Mar 3 (ANI):Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will visit Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday and is likely to announce a special employment package for the youth of the state. r Singh will be in the state for two days, where he is expected to address the convocation ceremony of the Sher-e-Kashmir Agriculture University and will also inaugurate housing scheme for Kashmiri migrants. Over 800 houses will be allotted to them.
Former Reserve Bank of India governor, C Rangarajan has prepared the comprehensive job plan.
Security has been tightened across the city, ahead of Singh's visit.
It will be Dr, Singh's first visit after June 2010. (ANI)
