New Delhi, 26th July: Drawing attention towards the two cases of police FIR being registered against Aam Aadmi Party leaders yesterday Delhi BJP President Shri Satish Upadhyay has categorically asked the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to tell the people of Delhi whether these two cases are also frame ups or he accepts the wrong doing of his party volunteers & MLAs.
Shri Upadhyay has said that the first matter is of an FIR registered by an AAP volunteer woman Mrs. Sarita against another AAP volunteer Ms. Suman & naming MLA Rajesh Rishi too in it for harassing her & her husband to an extent where Mrs. Sarita tried to commit suicide. She was saved after four days of hospitalisation.
In the second matter a woman Mrs. Sheela r/o of Poonth Khurd has registered a FIR against Aman Kumar at Bawana Police Station alleging physical assault and threat to kill her children as she tried to stop Aman Kumar from illegally occupying her plot of land. Aman Kumar is the North West Delhi District President of AAP’s Youth Wing.
Shri Upadhyay has said that the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has made it a habit to accuse Centre Government for implicating his party leaders & MLAs but coming within days of his party volunteer Mrs. Soni accusation on AAP Leader Ramesh Bhardwaj & MLA Sharad Chauhan, this case of another AAP volunteer Mrs. Sarita accusing a co-volunteer Ms. Suman & MLA Rajesh Rishi speaks volumes on the conduct of Kejriwal’s party volunteers and MLAs.
BJP seeks a categorical reply from CM Kejriwal after the suicide of Mrs. Soni, case of attempted suicide by Mrs. Sarita and the FIR of Mrs. Sheela against AAP Leader will he still say that Centre is framing his leaders ? BJP demands that Kejriwal should immediately expel all his MLAs and party leaders accused of harassing women.
