Delhi BJP workers to ensure education for at least one orphan or below poverty line family girl

New Delhi, 26th June: Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha workers led by their President Smt. Kamaljeet Sehrawat today felicitated Mahila Morcha's National President Smt. Vijaya Rahatkar on successfully completing a 1450 km NARI SAMMAN YATRA. Senior BJP women leaders Smt. Kamlawati, Smt. Yogita Singh, Smt. Kanak Aggarwal, Smt. Latika Sharma, Smt. Rekha Gupta, Smt. Neema Bhagat and Smt, Preeti Aggarwal were also present

Speaking at the function Smt. Rahatkar said that BJP will do as much as is possible to ensure women empowerment and to make them feel safe in the society.

Sharing her experience of her recent NARI SAMMAN YATRA from Delhi to Kolkata Smt. Rahatkar said that the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's BETI BACHAO BETI PADHAO Scheme is today being welcomed by people both in rural and urban areas alike. She called upon Delhi BJP workers to ensure education for at least one orphan or below poverty line family girl.

Delhi BJP Gen. Secretary Smt. Rekha Gupta who was also a part of the Yatra team said the enthusiasm we saw in people made us understand that people don't just see a Prime Minister in Shri Narendra Modi they see a Social Crusader in him who cares for their day to day lives. His schemes like Swach Bharat Abhiyan, Beema Yojnas and BETI BACHAO BETI PADHAO have made him a social champion.

Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha President Smt. Kamaljeet Sehrawat congratulated Smt. Rahatkar on taking up first ever Yatra dedicated to NARI SAMAAN. She assured the national leadership that the Delhi unit will go to rural belts, jhuggi clusters and muslim areas in particular to spread the BETI BACHAO BETI PADHAO as a Social Andolan.
